During my recent stay at Graziella Gold Hotel, I was amazed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met before even having to ask. They made me feel like part of their family, especially Ms. Meltem at reception who provided continuous support throughout my stay. The quick response from Mr. Ali and Mr. Ismail, who were always just a phone call away, made me feel cared for and attended to. The hotel's location was also a big advantage, with Yenikapi metro station just a 3-minute walk away, along with various money exchanges, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. I was even able to leave my luggage at the hotel while I took a side trip to Trabzon, which was very convenient. The hotel itself was neatly maintained, and the spacious rooms, perfect swimming pool, and delicious breakfast buffet made my stay even more enjoyable. I cannot express my gratitude enough and I am definitely planning to return to Graziella Gold Hotel if I ever come back to Turkey. Stay blessed.
